The Early Years and Year 1 Perform 'The Little Angel'

The little angel finds out something special is happening but she doesn't know what it is.

The snowflakes are very pretty but that's not it.

The house looks beautiful but the little angel must keep on looking!

Toys 'R' Us has a shop full of toys!

Christmas food is delicious but that's not what makes Christmas so special.

Our local area is called 5 lamps - It has a lamppost in the middle.

There are footpaths and cycle paths through our local area.

Poorly Bear Day

The children treat their poorly bears at the 'Bear Surgery'.  Nurse Lana takes their details and Dr Hannes treats them.

A Visit to Dr Purnell's Surgery

Purnell checks our temperature and the amount of Oxygen in our blood.  It was different for each of us as God has made each of us unique, but praise God we were all healthy.

We asked some questions about 

a doctor's job...

and explored how God made our skeleton. 

The Postal Service 

We learnt that there are different ways to communicate with other people.  First we wrote letters and went to the post office to buy a stamp and post them in the post box.  Then we sent emails and found out this was  quicker than sending a letter.

We sent two parcels, one first class and the other second class.

Fire Brigade

We had a visit from Fire Fighter Ben.

 He taught us to get down low and crawl outside when we hear the smoke alarm.

               

Ben showed us his uniform and let us try it on.

Refuge Collectors

God asks us to look after the world He has given us.  One way we can do this is by remembering to put our rubbish in the bin and recycling whenever possible.
